Tuesday 6 August 2024 - QUEENS skate dine bowl ice rink CLOSED

Due to a fault with the Olympia Resurfacing Machine / Zamboni, QUEENS skate dine bowl's ice rink is CLOSED, confirming just how bad the situation has gotten. Previously when the machine has stopped working, the rink has not had to close in the evening of Tuesday 6 August 2024.

This likely results in membership value diminishing and likely a set-back in some of the progress over the past couple of days to bring the ice up to a higher standard. It does, however, mean that there are no skaters at risk this evening.
